IAC 2026 Antalya:

Turkish Space Agency (TUA) is hosting International Aeronautical Congress (IAC) in 2026 at Antalya. IAC is one of the most prestigious Aeronautical events in the world with over 6000 participants and many private companies and space agencies from all around the world. Congress is organized annually by the International Aeronautical Federation (IAF) every year. It will be the largest and most comprehensive scientific event ever organized in the region.

Campus meetings are starting:

               TUA has launched the “Future is in Space: IAC 2026 Campus Meetings” initiative. These are local promotional events that aim to encourage university students and academicians to take part in IAC. Space, technological developments and studies that can be presented within the scope of IAC will be discussed on campuses. The first meeting will be held in the METU on July 29, 2025. 

Campus meetings are of great importance, thanks to these events:

• Awareness about student projects and research will increase.
• International cooperation opportunities will occur.
• Türkiye’s academic productivity about space field will increase.

Event on the July 29 will be in the Middle East Technical University (METU) Culture and Convention Center, Kemal Kurdaş Hall, 06800 Çankaya/Ankara at 10.00-12.30. There will be also online broadcast of the congress.
